Our goal is to train our students in Krav Maga and raise their fitness level so that they can survive any situation and GO HOME SAFE!. Krav Maga is the official martial art of the Isreali Defense Force. Due to its effectiveness, particularly against weapons, its techniques and tactics have been incorporated into the self defense training of many special forces units, SWAT teams, and police departments.
