Toky Chanchevalap

TokyAfter years of working on biomedical research at Emory University, Toky discovered that her true passion is teaching self defense and fitness. Toky is a certified Krav Maga instructor and certified personal trainer. Her goals are to teach her students practical self defense techniques and tactics that they can use as soon as they walk out the door and to whip them into the best shape of their lives.

Mark Carson

Mark CarsonMark was bitten by the martial arts bug in his early teens. Over the years he has trained in Shito-ryu Karate, Wing Chun Gung Fu, and Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, as well as various other disciplines. He was always troubled, though, by the limitation that tradition and sport placed on real world application of most martial arts systems. He embraced Krav Maga wholedeartedly precisely because it is “more martial and less art.” Krav Maga is not about scoring points but about survival. As a certified Krav Maga instructor, Mark’s goal is to develop the fighter’s heart, physical stamina, and skill level in his students that keep them safe from real world threats.

Hunter Holland

Hunter HollandAfter several attempts at instruction of “traditional” martial arts I discovered krav maga, a real world self-defense system that can not only build self confidence, fitness, and conditioning, but can also save your life. As an instructor, my mission is to share my knowledge and love for the system with others and to encourage students to reach their full potential.
