KICKBOX – This class features a combination of strength training, dynamic flexibility, and effective pad striking. The focus of this class is to emphasize muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students will learn correct body alignment for striking to maximize efficiency, while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition, drills, and punch-kick combinations on the various pads. KICKBOX is open to students of all levels and to the general public. Krav Pro Boxing gloves are required.
